Meet the Founder
Quantyx Consulting was founded by Stephen Bivens, a business intelligence and analytics leader with over a decade of experience driving data-informed decisions across global organizations.
Stephen has led business intelligence, financial analysis, commercial strategy, and supply chain analytics initiatives for Fortune 500 companies, including Greif, Inc. and Lockheed Martin, as well as Private Equity owned companies and non-profit organizations. His work has supported executive leadership across North America and EMEA, influenced over $100M in sourcing decisions, and helped manage billions of dollars in operational spend through trusted analytics and KPI frameworks. As a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Stephen brings a rare combination of technical expertise and business acumen.
Based between the U.S. and the Netherlands, Stephen brings an international perspective to his work, collaborating with global teams and adapting analytics strategies across regions and cultures. His leadership style emphasizes clarity, collaboration, and practical impact, ensuring data becomes a strategic asset rather than a reporting burden.
